As our newest team member as a HR Advisor your role will be pivotal to the overall success of the HR Support team and our Associates, we are looking for a strong individual who can assist the whole the team of HR Consultants, along with providing one-one guidance to business owners.

As a HR Advisor you will be providing HR advice and guidance to business owners, HR Managers, HR Teams and working closely with our internal HR Consultants who need to rely on you to offer pragmatic support when they need it the most. We work closely with each of our Clients and across many industries, you will need a generalist HR background in a fast-paced environment, ideally working with SME’s, you will also need to have real-life experience of dealing with teams as we do visit our Clients, we provide support to Employers so you will need to have the ability to provide advice and guidance on a strategic level.

You must be able to draft complex HR correspondence, documents including Contracts, and Handbooks as we create these bespoke for each of our Clients, these are varied as each one is unique. As a HR Advisor, we expect you to work alongside and the wider team, we are professionals but we have loads of fun, you will love the role and have the scope to progress.

Essentials: Level 3 CIPD Qualified essential due to the complexities of the role. At least 3 years’ experience within a HR Generalist role Ability to drive (or able to travel to visit clients or locations) Have the right to work in UK

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, can start with us as soon as possible due to the number of new clients and future projects we have planned. Ideally with an immediate start.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
